"We don't want a repeat of last year." Coach Colvin

The 2008 home opener for the men's and women's tennis teams has had to be moved. Projected temperatures near 40 degrees have forced the tennis match against Cumberland to be moved.

"Last year we went there and temperatures fell into the very low 30s as the matched progressed", said coach Thomas Colvin. "Coach Riddle and I remember having to cut that match short to protect the players... and ourselves. We want to avoid any repeat of that."

The match wil be played on March 24 at 1 p.m. on Bulldog Courts.
