Mongomery, Ala. - Kevin Collins scattered five hits and three runs to earn Alabama A&M its first conference victory of the season over the weekend in the second game of the Alabama State series. The Bulldogs took the second game 4-3 over the Hornets. ASU won games one (12-4) and three (13-9). Earlier in the week, Mike Bonds pitched a complete game for the Bulldogs' first win of the season, a 3-2 decision over Columbia Union.
